Shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, freight forwarding, and delivery services may be carried out by independent third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays, customs actions, or issues caused by third-party providers.
3. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are subject to availability, shipping costs, supplier pricing changes, customs charges, and currency fluctuations.
4. Payments
Payments must be made in full unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may not proceed until payment confirmation has been received.
5. Product Availability
Certain products may be subject to import restrictions, supplier availability, or customs regulations in the destination country.
6. Limitation of Liability

- Delays caused by customs or freight providers
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Supplier manufacturing issues
- Losses caused by incorrect customer information
