Refund Policy

At Ellamens Global, customer satisfaction is important to us.

1. Service-Based Work

Consultation, sourcing, procurement support, and coordination services may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Product Orders

Refunds for physical products may only be considered where:

  • Goods arrive damaged
  • Incorrect items are supplied
  • Orders cannot be fulfilled

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Customer change of mind
  • Delays caused by customs or freight companies
  • Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
  • Perishable food items where applicable

4. Reporting Issues

Any issues with products or services should be reported within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@ellamensglobal.com.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
